Christmas shopping yesterday in Chania. Strange experience with temperature at 70 F and the sun shining but surrounded by Christmas decorations and carols. Now I know how the Aussies feel.

A very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year  to everyone. Lets hope that 2010 is a great year for us all.

Went to a fabulous taverna yesterday at Zourvas http://loc.alize.us/#/geo:35.375054,23.987961,11,k/ . Up through the beautiful autumn colours of Therisso Gorge and then back down to Lake Agias for a sundowner at the cafe.

Christmas is coming and the tree is now up. Snow is starting to show on the peaks of the White Mountains and tonight we will know who won the X factor (which also means that we will know who will have the U.K Christmas number one record .......)
